    Sig 232 feedback/info

I like the look and feel of this gun, and I've heard they're good little guns and better quality than the walther it appears to be based on. Anybody own/shot one? whaddaya think? I love shooting 9mm, and was wondering how .380 compares (accuracy, power, price). Thanks for the info!

The P232 is a great gun, probably the softest blowback .380 I've shot so far. They're smooth, relatively soft for a blowback, but there are small 9mm pistols out there (PM9) which will back a bigger punch and be lighter to carry around.

Great gun, but 9mm is cheaper to shoot, and performs better. Good luck.

I owned the P230 (same as 232) it was an awesome little gun shot great and never failed through 500 rounds. It was my late nite ATM, milk run gun - easy to stick in a jacket or pants pocket or carry in my back pack. Although I do think they're a little pricey now but hey it's a SIG.

I wish Calif would get its act together, last I checked only the stainless model is on the DOJ list

They're nice to shoot, easy to clean and maintain, very accurate, and very reliable. Any complaints about caliber, just remember the law in serious situations:

Round use should be inversely proportional to cartridge size.

If you look around, you can find them very cheap.

              P232/P230

The P232 is simply the best .380 ACP pistol ever made.

FYI: New production P232 are now manufactured by SIG Sauer U.S.A. The German made P232 is still available but snap it up right away!

The late Uziel "Uzi" Gal trusted his P230: "This is the only gun in the house that was loaded when Uzi died. He kept it in his night stand by his bed."
