AR pistol barrel

Putting together an AR pistol and looking for a 10.5" barrel in the $100-$160 range. Any suggestions? Looking for one that I can decent groupings out of it at 100yrds provided I'm doing my part.

I've done cheap to name brand... I cant say any is better than another in accuracy on a pistol. All have done about 1-2moa. Only difference I seen are spec.

AR15hardware.com had some going, JSESurplus.com (I haven't checked them for a few years) use to have lower priced barrels also.

I've heard a lot of good reviews about Mas Defense and their price point isn't bad either.Anyone here tried them? As far as gas blocks go. Is there any advantage of steel over aluminum?

Green Mountain has always made good AK barrels. I imagine AR ones would be comparable.
