id call it a really tall mount. Not sure how iron sites will work on that. They are going to be about 3 inches apart. No way to easily mount a blade on front of barrel

On my rifle wanted to mount a scope using standard scope mounts so had to get adapters.
Your adapters are very tall.
Will help you lower if you get a reflex type red dot.
No help for irons.

The adapters are cheap and will bend.
Added a small metal shim to keep them parallel.
