It's the M-1A1 version (late-1942, WW2 era).
Need a M1921 version to be period correct with the Al Capone era.
^Probable can cheat by using a M1927 or M1928 version to simulate the classic gangster era.sigpic

Kind of a late post on this, but FYI, the price on the Umarex Legends M1A1 Thompson got down to 170 - 185 dollars on Amazon over the holidays. You've have to keep on looking as the prices seem to flip up or down. Another example The Legends P.08 Luger blowback pistol got as low as 116 dollars.
I don't know much about airguns, the full auto ones look like the potential for a lot of fun.Comment

I have the Legends Mauser Broomhandle full auto BB Co2 pistol (Mauser made a full auto version for the German military). They fit the regular Broomhandle holsters perfectly.Comment
