You got shot, it’s supposed to hurt. It helps you learn how not to get shot.

For paintball, but should work for the areas it covers.

            Look at dirt bike protection

And some get upset when too shoot an adversary and they don't know they got hit

Rule 2 -NEVER LET THE MUZZLE COVER ANYTHING YOU ARE NOT PREPARED TO DESTROY (including your hands and legs)

Rule 3 -KEEP YOUR FINGER OFF THE TRIGGER UNTIL YOUR SIGHTS ARE ON THE TARGET

Rule 4 -BE SURE OF YOUR TARGET AND WHAT IS BEYOND IT

Browse Cycle Gear’s huge selection of dirt bike armor & pick up the gear you need to protect yourself against impacts, debris and other off-road hazards.

Finding some suit isn't going to help, not being a Neanderthal about it might. If you aren't sure, ask her about, no doubt she'll explain it.

Armor on your head, protect your ears (not from sound but from splat in the canal), and your neck, balls and a-hole.

Everyplace else is a learning experience.

Baggy clothing and gloves. Women wear tighter clothing. I’m assuming all the layers were “skin tight”. That wouldn’t offer much protection. Wear some thicker BDU type clothing that is maybe one size bigger in her. It’ll catch the BB’s rather than them hitting against her covered skin

Paintball welts look like Ringworm infection, you learn that quickly to avoid.

Getting shot is supposed to hurt…

That said, I wish my squeeze was so amenable to training.

                            Good luck.
