Very interesting. Better for places like the UK where the bad guys are less likely to have a real gun than here. You shouldn't bring a toy gun to a gunfight with the bad guys.
They picked the wrong platform by choosing a revolver. They should've chosen something mag fed, like a Broomhandle Mauser. That way you could reload quickly. It should also have a lever activated CO2 loading chamber in the grip, so it could also be done quickly.
If they made it in a platform that resembled the mag fed Broomhandle Mauser with a lever operated CO2 chamber in the grip, I'd buy one or two.
I could see a place for a less than lethal weapon. It could have some practical uses like chasing off problematic deer or dogs in the yard.
