Standard Issue Airsoft M4

Is there one? The basic one that gets you into the game and is pretty realistic operation wise?

I want something that can translate over skills wise to a real AR.

Budget $200-$500.

KWA M4

I ran a KWA M4 I was very happy with when I played.
Also the aforementioned VFC ( Vega Force Company,) while I never ran their M4, I ran a VFC SCAR as my primary in addition to the M4 & P90.
The two big boys when I played were primarily Classic Army and Tokyo Marui, but G&G, Ares, Echo 1, Cyma, Krytac and quite a few others were making good names as I exited and it's been 10+ years for me, so the players have probably changed.
