I just purchased a green gas ASG polymer CZ P-09. It's my first airsoft gun, and I bought it so that I could setup my steel targets in the backyard and have fun with them. I also figured it would be way more fun than dry-fire practice.
So far, I'm impressed. The gun feels very solid and cycles like a real CZ. The aim is decent, but the accuracy is relatively inconsistent. I assume the velocity of the shots changes as the GG charge gets depleted.
I don't have anything to compare it to, so I'm just curious to know if there is a consensus airsoft pistol or brand that is more consistently accurate than others? I don't expect perfection, but I also don't know how close you can get. My only similar experience was shooting a Crosman 760 as a kid. It was my 5th birthday present way back in 1966. I loved shooting that thing!
