I bought an airsoft pistol the other day. I tried to place an Amazon order for 5,000 airsoft pellets and got a message they were a prohibited item for my location. WTF? Plastic BB's? It's gotten THAT bad here?

Just picked up a Marauder a few weeks ago on Amazon. I wonder if it's an Amazon issue or if the BBs you're buying are being restricted at the vendor level.

Amazon won't ship a Red Ryder BB gun anywhere in CA as far as I can tell. I guess I'll just put together another featureless AR-15.

I don't pick sides. I'm not a big fan of amazon and certainly not a big fan of California. There are hundreds of other businesses willing to sell you the same product. Some websites will even sell you products otherwise illegal in CA such as banned paint or chemical formulas, or the humble BB.
