I have my CA CCW. Am looking into Arizona. Any other suggestions to fill any gaps nationwide?

With these three permits will it cover all of the U.S. between reciprocity and no permit required states? Do you need the AZ one also?

Depends on where you intend to travel. If you travel to Oregon, you will need their permit. My original OR permit was issued by the Klamath County Sheriff. My last two renewals have been through the Grant County Sheriff's Office, as it is closer to northern Idaho. As far as other states where you will be travelling, I suggest getting their permit if they will issue to non-residents. The reason is federal school zones. Reciprocity doesn't help when dealing with federal school zones. So for a California resident, I would suggest, Nevada, Arizona and Oregon at a minimum. If you get as far as Washington, their permit requirements are minimal. $50, an application and a set of prints, which is covered by the $50 fee. Utah is also fairly simple and inexpensive. The class I took in Nevada satisfied the requirements for Oregon and Utah. New Mexico and Colorado are problematic. Colorado only recognizes resident permits and California is not on their list. New Mexico has stopped recognizing many states. However, at this time it appears that they are still recognizing Nevada and Arizona. If I had any intent to travel to New Mexico, I would file suit to force them to issue permits to non-residents, like happened in California. If you decide to get a Washington permit, I would recommend catching a flight to Spokane. File your application with the Spokane PD. While in this area you could apply at the Idaho DMV office in Post Falls for an Enhanced Idaho license. (Idaho DMV offices are run by the local Sheriff and the Post Falls office is about 5 miles from the WA - ID boarder and less than 45 miles from the Spokane airport,) Signup for the Idaho Enhanced license class at Center Target Sports in Post Falls, ID or one of the other classes being offered in the area. Unfortunately it will take a second trip to Idaho to finalize the process. But be warned, Idaho is the most 2A friendly state in the Nation. Rated number 50 by Everytown for gun safety. Idaho only follows shortly behind Montana, Wyoming and Alaska in gun ownership.

unfortunately, the only permit that covers the every state in the nation is LEOSA/HR218 and the only way to get that is to take a job where u swear an oath and carry a badge.

otherwise between UT and AZ each gets u coverage in a state not covered by the other: UT>>WA or AZ>>NM. FL gets u FL AND OR gets u OR. they more or less get u coverage in the same states.
