    Florida Non-Resident CCW

Hello Everyone! Just a brief update....

Uploaded my online application January 23rd with training, photo, etc....
Had fingerprint cards done and mailed February 3rd.

Viola!! Card in hand February 26th in the mail. Seems really fast, but done deal.
Literally 33 days and could've been sooner but I had to make an appointment to get fingerprint cards done with LE and the ink cards not electronic.....

My wife used her Ca ccw training certificate when she mailed in her packet and got her non resident FL ccw in about 30 days. No military service.

I sent off my application during the week that the hurricane hit FL. The lady in the USPS wasn't even sure if she could accept the Priority envelope but checked and the office wasn't on her list of places not to accept Priority for.

I had the permit back in my hands 2 business weeks after receipt at the FL office. That has to be some kind of record. Well done Florida!

What agencies near Riverside are doing the Blue Card for Florida?

I heard someone got them done at Temecula PD.
I got mine done at the Parker PD when we went to the river for the weekend.
Make sure you do it at a LE Agency. They wont take ink rolled forms from non LE agencys.
