Klamath OR accepting mail in for renewals and changes

So, moved to a different address last year and haven't made it up to OR. Fully intended to keep my info current on both my OR CHL and CADL.

I just got my updated Oregon card (now green/white, instead of blue/white) total time to process (address change) was about 7 business days, with most of that time being the check en route.
