I realize this is a longshot, but...
My wife & I own a property in South Carolina, which means I'm eligible for a non-resident CWP from that state. The only problem? Gotta take a qualification course from a state-certified instructor and have him/her sign the application form.
I don't suppose there's a certified S. Carolina CWP instructor in the San Diego area, is there?
And are there any law enforcement agencies who still provide fingerprinting services? SC requires a LE agency (or agent thereof) to take the prints; but as far as I'm aware, SDPD stopped providing such services.
