    Which agencies do fingerprint cards?

Hey guys, had an issue with a VA non resident CCW application where where the place I got fingerprinted on the ink card got rejected, and has to be submitted, anybody know of any agencies in Socal that offer it? I checked with SB County Central station in San Bernardino and they offer it on certain days but my schedule might not work out with theirs, anybody know of any other local agencies that offer the service? I live in Rancho Cucamonga, and wouldn't mind driving if it's not too far out.

A lot of UPS Stores do it for cheap. Will VA take them?

Not sure.. from VSP website, not sure what to make of it, but I'm leaning towards a no. "The Virginia statute governing the issuance of Nonresident Concealed Handgun Permits requires the fingerprint impressions be obtained by a law enforcement agency. Prints obtained by a private company acting as an agent of a law enforcement agency are acceptable."

I had my AZ permit fingerprint card completed by the Anaheim PD, Anaheim Hills station a year ago.

VA needs to be done at a LE agency. That line is used because some LE agencies contract with private companies to do fingerprints at their LE agency. Rocklin PD outside of Sacramento is one such example of this. The UPS store would not be acceptable for a Virginia permit. As mentioned by someone else earlier, the UPS Store can do Arizona or Utah fingerprints.

                That would be a "no"
They would accept them if, for example, the UPS store were contracting with the SBSO to do their Livescans/prints for them.

I had the same issue when I applied for Florida... used SBSO HQ.
