    Texas with AZ CCW

Hey guys , I know there was thread about going to Texas with an out of state CCW , I thought I saw someone post the agreement papers from Texas department of public safety but I cant locate it . If someone can direct me to this , I would like to print it out and have it with me as I carry in Texas with my AZ CCW . I am aware of the signs and postings in Texas of where not to carry. Hope I made sense ... and thanks in advance..

That document is 18 years old. I would never rely on a document from almost two decades ago to tell me if I am legal to carry or not. Those agreements get changed frequently as the political winds blow. And sometimes the residency status of the person makes a difference too. Some states recognize resident permits but do not recognize non-resident permits.

The most important, timeless piece information from that document is the last sentence:

Before traveling, license holders should educate themselves about laws in other states that
govern where and when they can legally carry their concealed handguns.
