CCW IN WASHINGTON

*raises hand* Currently living on Orcas.
CCW was a 10 minute process. Make appt., pay $54, fill out a one page form, give finger prints, wait 30 days for background check. Done. No training class, or demonstration of ability. No good cause statement. No interview. No roster. Few restrictions. Suppressors are legal.
That is where we are at today. Miles ahead of California. BUT...Washington is a Blue state. And 2A rights are, most certainly, under attack here. How long we can keep them is anyone's guess.
Come on up. Register. Get involved. We need more good people to fight the fight.
Oh, open carry is legal here too although I haven't seen anyone actually doing it west of the Cascades."Kestryll I wanna lick your doughnut."

Yeah, I imagine open carry would probably create quite a stir in the greater Seattle area.
On another note, I would religiously carry concealed if I lived anywhere near Tacoma. I would prefer to be farther away from the cities all together, but for ease of relocating and finding work, I'm also looking at the area just outside of Seattle.Comment
