    Holster fitment and comfort tuning.

I want to share what I did to two my holsters. One of them is attached to Enigma belt and second ?stand alone? AIWB holster. Both of them are made by Tulster, Oath. That one which mounted on Enigma is for P365 and ?stand alone? is for P365XL.
I made comfort pads from Yoga kneeling pad and Velcro as mounting solution.

the secret to wearing a holster for comfort is manning up and accepting that a piece of plastic strapped against your body is going to take some getting used to. all that padding and wedging lifting the gun off the body defeats the entire purpose of concealment

You are absolutely correct. So in order to ?hide? printing of grip handle I added bottom, bigger, pad to push barrel away from body, and because of that, handle pushed into body. So exactly as you said. Top little guy just to ?mask? plastic-I do not like feel of it.
this is modern way to tune, I learned from people who makes CCW holsters.

As much as the belt and holster is a part of your carry rig, your pants, shirt and under shirt are part of the equation as well. For IWB, leather feels better. With a kydex holster, some sort of undershirt may be required.

I normally wear cargo pants and shorts with tacked shirts. So, this help me a lot.
I added that little guy to defeat needs of undershirt-I hate them.
Also Enigma is doing its job perfect, specially for suits

Actually, some of those padding may be needed in order to get the holster to sit at the proper angle for best concealment and stability. It's not a one size fit all solution and you'd be wise to set everything up to work properly.

Nah, your setup is just fine. It'll remove hot spots and let you carry for 12+ hours per day nonstop.

After 28 years having a level II then III on my hip, in and out of a car, I can say without a doubt a belly band is the way to go for comfort and activity such as running erronds, walking, hiking, long drives. Concealment is stellar. However, wont fulfill the mission of quick-draw, or safety containment during hand to hand or while running. My days of that thankfully are over and the belly band and a level II leather holster are great options over hardened plastic level III's

It has been one month I carry (yes I am new for CCW), entire month I am adjusting angles, tension, positions, cutting and sanding pads. And finally this set up is I do not feel entire day I carry. I just share what is fitting to me. My friend try to copy-doesn?t work and he still tuning it.

fwiw, I compliment you on your creativity and workmanship. Looks clean and maintainable, and if it solves your problem, then kudos.
If they don't already, then I could see holster mfgs generating ongoing revenue by selling consumable, replaceable fit pads like what you've done.

I've got permanent mark on my side... years ago I thought it was a bruise - it never went away... just there.

I don't even notice the gun (over a decade of carrying iwb)

Deal with the temporary discomfort, it's minor... eventually it goes away.

There are couple ways to approach everything:
                        1. “Get used to it” aka “Goat Rodeo”
                        2. Tune it for perfect fitment, functionality and comfort.
                        Everyone chose his own way.
