I replied to their email on 7/14 again requesting a return and they have yet to respond. Looks like it's time to file a dispute.30 day return policy...

hilariously bad design and trigger coverage. always do your research on holster makers. i go through 5 or 6 youtube videos, go through all their social media posts, google for reviews to get a full picture of their craftsmanship, q/a, customer service, and most importantly their design philosophy. the holsters you posted look tossed together quickly and without much care about function and safety. i'm surprised anyone could ask 100 for those.Comment

I wouldn't carry with those holsters and I wouldn't accept their pitiful response.
For a quarter of that price, you can get a high quality holster from Ryan Faber at Foxtrot Concealment. Me and a lot of my co-workers carry in Foxtrot Concealment holsters.

OP, thank you for posting this. I've been considering a HHH, maybe less so now. Is that a standard style of holster from HHH? I know CrossBreed has two different cuts available for their leather, Full (maybe Standard?) and Combat. The Combat Cut is supposed to allow for an easier full grip when drawing, at the expense of comfort.
The HHH pics look similar to the Combat cut. If this is their standard cut, then these are off my list.Comment
