Anyone have recommendations for quality holsters to use for appendix carry for a Staccato C2, Wilson Combat EDC X9 and Sig P365XL Spectre Comp? I heard using Kydex would eventually mess up the finish of your gun so I would assume a quality leather holster would be better.

A daily carry is a tool. Tools will get some wear whether you carry in leather or plastic.
Realize, that should you ever need to use your daily carry, you will likely lose it forever or a very long time at best. That may influence your carry selection. A little carry wear on an $800 gun hurts less than carry wear on a $1800+ gun.Benefactor Life Member, National Rifle Association

Every holster will cause wear. Leather tends to cause wear a bit more evenly whereas kydex may only cause wear at the contact points. But much depends on the gun and holster. The only way to avoid holster wear is to not carry it.
At appendix, kydex is king over leather. That's because kydex better lends itself to the addition of wings, claws, etc., that can GREATLY improve the "concealability" of the gun. I have seen a couple leather rigs with some of these features but they tend to be a lot more expensive...like twice the cost of a good kydex rig. If you're carrying at appendix I wouldn't even mess with leather...but that's me. YMMV.
Here are a few of the more popular kydex appendix makers. I don't know if they make a holster for each of your rigs...you'll have to check. Most of these probably have a sale on for fathers day.
JM Custom Kydex - I run their AIWB-WC holster. It's excellent.
Tier 1 Concealed - Probably the best "sidecar" rig on the market
Keepers Custom - Their flagship holster is very highly respected. But it's also about twice the price of other holsters
Tenicor - No experience with them but lots of people love them."Kestryll I wanna lick your doughnut."

For leather look at Milt Sparks. Very nice holsters but the wait time can be a bummer. Also consider Side Guard and Simply Rugged holsters.
I've got all three and the Milt Sparks if the nicest but costs about twice what the other two charge. Side Guard and Simply Rugged are quality custom holsters but not quite as refined as the Milt Sparks.Comment

It's already been said. Any holster will cause wear.
If you're worried about the finish on your gun then you may want to choose a different carry weapon.
My primary carry lately is an EMP 9mm. Not a cheap gun. I only use kydex holsters and haven't given the finish of the gun a second thought.Comment

Get over the wear worry. Guns arent meant to be safe queens and to show off to your friends and be pretty.. Theyre meant to save your life,Comment

I like JM custom kydex and tier 1 axis elite. Never used a leather appendix. They all wear on your firearm. I have thought of having mine cerakote but haven?t yet. Kinda like the worn lookComment

Garrett Industries for kydex lined with leather
For all leather, look into Milt Sparks, TTGunLeather (CA based), Andrews Custom, or Ronin Leather Holsters.
Like everyone has said, holster wear is inevitable. There's a reason why some cerakote refinishers have a faux-worn finish option. Legit holster wear is a thing and looks good IMO."1911 mag, twinkie, twinkie, cupcake, primary weapon mag"

I use a Kydex IWB holster made by Gunfighters Inc. I can quickly put it inside my waistband and it has a clip that secures onto my belt. I have two holsters on order from Milt Sparks. They initially told me the wait period was 26 weeks, and they have extended that wait period to an additional 8 weeks.sigpicComment

I prefer leather, but your first concern should be whether or not the holster is effective for your own personally use. Gun finishes can always be re-applied.NRA Benefactor Life Member
