Henry holster for my g19 and g48 with the ultimate clip(?). Doesn't move and I forget I'm carrying. I wear it all day with my shirt tucked in at work. I run an shop and I'm able to work on cars and in the office without printing. Really happy with it.

I looked at the tier one sidecar but it looked way too big. I like minimalistic. Easiest when dropping a duce.

It’s so easy to remove my T1 AIWB holster. I have the Axis Elite (the model with the sidecar). You can just take it off and hold it while dropping a deuce. Gun stays in holster, trigger guard is covered. Works for me. I’ve yet to find a holster that conceals as well as the Tier1. I just hold onto it. I don’t put it on the tank or TP dispenser because that’s nasty and you run the risk of forgetting it when you leave the stall.

I?m a 3:30 guy myself, as I found carry AIWB a bit uncomfortable due to my protruding belly problem. However, I?d recently found a comfortable way to carry AIWB with my Vedder Lighttuck and their longer clip with an alien gear mag carrier. Have been carrying AIWB with my G26 for the last 3 weeks, and haven?t had any issues. Using the urinal is no problem and taking a deuce is really no tricker than carrying at 3:30.

Actual picture of me in a public restroom stall. Note, no inappropriate sight in picture 🫣I just rest my pistol on my lap and the mag rest on my garment (you can easily take it out and put it in your pocket).

Explore Tier 1’s elite lineup of IWB holsters — designed for maximum concealment, comfort, and consistent performance during daily concealed carry

I've not head of Tier1 previously and wanted to post its link for anybody else and my info.

I've got so many guns and so many holsters.
I don't always carry using one method, whether owb, iwb, or aiwb.
The OP seems to be concentrating on AIWB; although there was some talk about carrying at 3 o'clock (right side); and there was one photo which looked like a holster setup for ~4 o'clock, IWB.

Looking at Tier1, here's another brand option I've used just an FYI, but there are several holster makers nowadays:
We have multiple holsters that fit numerous manufactures and brands. Our Holsters are custom made to fit each gun specifically. We build premium holsters with custom retention and the best tooling. Be Loaded and Safe, with LAS Concealment.

For the OP, yes, going to the restroom can be a valid concern and some amount of unzipping and repositioning of the holster "array" may be necessary. One might even consider using a stall and sitting down or the stall's coat hook and taking the entire holster array off, if that's easier. I can usually get by with the holster to the right of center, however.

For the AIWB method, I'll typicall have my holster at 1230-1 o'clock, with the mag carrier at 8 o'clock, although the mag carriers I use are fairly easy to remove or reposition and aren't laced onto the handgun's holster. While I have carried my mag carrier at 11-1230 o'clock, it's not often for me.

I see the Tier1 AIWB that looks interesting but wonder what happens in the restroom. Standing to take a leak, can you do it and for number 2 how much of a hassle is it? Looks like a big thing in the way of doing my duty, but it looks more comfortable than my current holster. I am going between 3 O'clock and appendix so that needs sorted out.

I keep reading about peoples selection and am asking for advice.
I have Tier 1 holsters for my P365 and Shield and love both of them. I find them to be as comfortable as you can get with having and extra package next to your package.

I have found going to the bathroom not to be that big a deal. When going number one I usually use the urinal. I am able to get my little guy out of the zipper the same way I would if I were not carrying.

When it is time for number 2 I put my gun in my underwear.

Tier 1 has a funny video on this topic

I haven't tried this because I always hip carry but this might be something useful for appendix carry:

Tactical performance meets everyday comfort in VIKTOS men's pants. Designed for CCW, range, and duty use with durable, flexible fabrics.

They give you a top and bottom fly zipper.
