Safariland holster

I received my Model 6379 OWB holster. When I place gun in holster it does not snap into place and is not retained. Also when rearranging the size of the slot for belt it is very difficult to snap the plastic piece in place. I ask here because they are taking too long to respond to me. Any ideas?

Can you post a picture of the holster and belt clips.
All my iwb holster are safariland.
I can turn them upside down and shake them without my gun falling out...
