Conceal carry IWB holster with laser

I've been seriously considering getting a Crimson Trace CMR-206 green laser for my P220 Carry, but I cannot find a holster maker that has this combination as an option. I currently use Crossbreed holsters and like them.

I didn't want to resurrect a really old thread and tack this on at the end, so I started a new one, but I have waded through quite a few of the old ones.

Does anyone know of a company that would make a holster for that particular setup?
