Not sure where you are located, but in the SoCal area, there is a Calgunner that owns a shop that caters to CCW holders and sells holsters, belts etc. He lets you try before you buy and has given good advice on here in the past. I think his screen name is Grantar???

Aside from that, the top tucking holsters that pop into my head are the Galco King Tuk (cheaper and readily available) and the Crossbreed (expensive and harder to find). Plus the Crossbreed has the cross on their belt clips, so they tend to stick out more if you're trying to be discreet.

Another option is the Milt Sparks VMII. All leather, long wait times and from everything I hear, very much worth it. But, those have traditional thich leather loops.

I don't have much other advice for you except that it will boil down to which gun you're going to conceal and that it will take some trial and error.

      Tier1Concealed with Ulticlips.

Or Ulticlips with another holster... You can buy them for 12 each.

They clip to your plants behind the belt.

Also depends on the size gun you're trying to conceal.

If you're carrying a p238 it'd be fine.. not so much with a full size 1911.

        .
The most comfortable holster I've ever used. It takes 3-4 months to get one, although some online vendors do maintain a stock of them. (Top Gun Supply, for example).
Milt Sparks also has some available in their online shop.
And the VM2 can be ordered with magnetic loops or Kydex clips for tucking a shirt.
The magnetic Self Closing Loops (SCL) are a $6 upgrade when ordering a VM2.

If interested, give them a call. They're very helpful.

how about alien gear? i have a couple of the older type (v1 and v2). the closest i see still available is the original (cloak tuck) and the 3.5 (which is similar to my v2, but with removable clips, rather than screw on like the original. they also have some options in what type of clip you want.

i'm leery of the shapeshift adding more thickness than necessary. the original cloak tuck adds pretty minimal thickness (layer of kydex on one side, layer of leather on the other).

Received a Blackpoint Tactical Tuckable a few weeks ago. Comfortable. Tucking is not easy but doable. Blackpoint makes holsters for a large combination of guns/lights/lasers. These are not cheap - but was the only place I found my gun/light combo set for an IWB option. Tucking was a nice add on.

The Vedder LightTuck is pretty comfortable tucked in. Slim profile and they ship fairly quick. I usually get my package within a week from ordering.

I picked up a couple IWB Crossbreed holsters. They just had a 20% off sale on their entire website. I’ve used them for a while and they work. Like them more than Alien gear. As other have mentioned, can’t go wrong with Milt Sparks. Also check out TT gunleather. Amazing product and less lead time than Milt Sparks.

Very accommodating guy. I met him at his shop in South Orange County. He helped me try out a few holsters-and assisted as I made my choices.

                          Very fair and knowledgeable.

                            +1 for these.
I have them for all of my carry guns.
I normally roll untucked, but they are tuckable. I would +1 the "Ulticlip" to eliminate the clip across the belt, but the Vedder comes with a steel clip that is unobtrusive.

I do NOT recommend the Ulticlip on the hybrid holsters, or single clip where the clip is offset... there are some small edges that tend to pinch the skin.
