I saw a few unhappy customers back in 2017. Is this company still having issue? Does anyone have there appendix carry holster?

Tier 1 AXIS SLIM Holster then... based on the crickets...

I have both the T-Rex Sidecar and the Tier 1. I prefer the T-Rex. The holster is smaller. Easier to put on and take off. Comfort wise I think they are close

I guess the question is really what appeals to you about their holster vs the myriad of others that are out there?

What is your clothing style include what types of belts do you normally wear (buckle size and position is important for appendix carry). Do you wear a tucked in look, do you normally wear a t-shirt under your main shirt.

Where do you plan to carry a spare mag if any?

What kind of gun are you planning to carry? does it have any accessories?

What other appendix carry holsters have you looked at and why don't they interest you?
