There are plenty of good OWB holsters out there the question is do you want second level retention, since the gun even when covered by a garment is more likely to be seen and subject to being grabbed.

Is there a reason you prefer OWB, weight, skin condition, heavy winter clothing?

You do realize that when you carry OWB you have to conceal the whole gun, where when carrying IWB you only concealing the grip.

OWB rigs by design are outside the body line, and their for are harder to conceal. Usually adds between .75" and 3" depending on holster. If your in So. Cal not really conducive to easy carry. If you in colder climes not as bad.
