holster recommendations for when you absolutely can't be exposed

I hope someone here can help. I have my CCW Permit. But my work places me in very dangerous areas where I feel I must carry. It is against my companies policies so if I am exposed my employment will be terminated. I need holster recommendations for when you absolutely can not be exposed for any reason. My work is both in and out doors I do a lot of climbing up and down ladders (sometimes with another guy right behind me), and I'm often in weird positions and under observation of management. I also do a lot of sitting in uncomfortable chairs (sometimes for upwards of 12 hours at a time), with a camera pointing directly at me. I typically carry a Sig P238 (because of its size and ease of concealment), in a Stealth Gear IWB holster at 4-5 o'clock, or a sticky holster or Remora pocket holster but everything prints to some degree. I prefer to carry my Ruger LC9 (in an Alien Gear IWB) or S&W Shield (is a Stealth Gear IWB). And no I can't use a Sneaky Pete or something similar as cell phones and electronic devices are not allowed at work.

Any ideas will be greatly appreciated. I don't particularly care for my job but taking care of the family comes first. When I find a better one I'll be making that move.

      I use this. www.smartcarry.com

It's not for everyone. It's not the quickest. It's not always the most comfortable. However, unless you plan on taking your pants off in front of co-workers, you will not be exposed.

With dress slacks and a tucked-in button up dress shirt, this is the only way I can conceal. I have a lean build. 34 inch waist with muscular upper body. So anything on my waistline protrudes. I even tried the holster shirts. Actually, I've tried ALL of the holster shirts. No good for me. It looks like I have a gun in my armpit. Literally.

Cool looking product! Not sure how much more comfortable a lcp would be vs. a 238.

I carry a Shield with Crimson Trace Laserguard Pro. In two years, even the people that know I am carrying have not been able to tell if I am or not.

                I bought this

Compliments a high ride OWB holster nicely, to give you options. Walther PP fits perfectly in a pair of plain jane dickies jeans.

Does mean my phone has to go in a different pocket...

Had a guy in my CCW training class over the weekend say that this is the best holster he has found and he even uses it when wearing swim trunks because it's that good at concealing.

If your pocket carrying in a Remora unless your wearing skinny jeans the printing is in your mind for than reality. People are just not that aware. (hope this job pays well) There are more than 36 million American's that wear bladder control products. Every grocery store, and convenience store in California sells them. Point when was the last time you noticed someone wearing diapers, you would expect them to print.
There are fewer than 30,000 CCW in California a population of 39 million people. Unless you tell someone your carrying and they play where is Waldo, your not likely going to have an issue, especially with a P238.
If your really worried carry using a belly band. It is an effective deep concealment method, usually has room for two spare mags as well. If your carrying daily expect to buy at least 3 to allow for laundering which should be hand wash air dry and expect to pay between $19 - $75 depending on quality and features. For your needs I would suggest starting with 1 of the $19 models and test the performance.

They wear out fairly easily, and are gun dependent, as to fit and comfort. I have a pastor in San Diego that has bought them from me and swears by them, have an elderly gentleman who also likes them, but try one with the gun your going to carry before you buy one. Personally I think the belly band does a better job.

Please note that worn properly a belly band is not worn around the belly, it's worn so that the top of the band is the same level as the top of your underwear IWB. Of course it can be worn around the belly, and even reversed as a temporary shoulder holster, but the basic intent is IWB deep concealment.

LCP is the best deep concealment gun IMO. If I absolutely must have max concealment, that is the gun. And you can pocket carry it. It is much lighter than a P238, and that opens up more options. It is a DAO hammer gun, and that opens up more options (like naked pocket carry). I have P238, LC9, Shield, G42, G43, you name it I probably have it. LCP is the go-to for deep concealment.

A belly band holster is also good, and a white one looks like a doctor prescribed it to you if anyone does see it. There are also carry undershirts which have the pocket sewn under the arm, and a LCP carries very well there - you wont even know you have it until you need it. I have belly band holsters and the carry shirts, and I have pocket holsters. The LCP is at home in any of them, or just shoved into a pocket.

My buddy is a Fed Air Marshal, when I got my ccw I asked him what most of them use and he said belly bands. No printing issues at all and they carry a Sig 229.
