Two similar options...albeit you may have to remove one of the clips. Alternatively, the issue of the clip being on the bulky portion of the holster can be mitigated by utilizing soft loops with a "pull the dot" type snap instead of a hard plastic clip. The soft loops add minimally to the overall thickness of a holster. And they seem to work just as well in my experience and without the possibility of a plastic clip breaking. YMMV
JMC makes excellent holsters by the way. They have a few variations of this same wing/claw type design so you may want to look at all of their offering. And the Eidolon is pretty popular too but limited to Glocks.
The open bottom design on the NV3 is also an interesting choice for what is billed as an AIWB holster. In the AIWB position it's possible that one could push the gun up out of the holster when you go to sit down. Just kinda depends on gun and body type. However, I would prefer a closed bottom...or partially closed bottom...on the holster if I was going to wear it in the AIWB position. YMMV
Your link doesn't work btw...At least it didn't work for me...

That position can be fine for appendix. There is noting new in the design. The negative is that the front sight is uncovered. There are several things wrong with that but comfort is a big one. If you wear dress clothes you are going to have to be really careful re-holstering after either a day at the range or a good cleaning if you inadvertently over oil, it's all going to end up down there. Sights are also frequently sharp.
I personally don't like leaving the mag release uncovered and protected. If the mag release is stock it is probably OK, if it's extended or light in a grappling situation and can and they have caused mag release.
It is important to understand the holster does more than carry the gun and protect the trigger.
Lastly there is little or no apparent depth or cant flexibility.
I haven't had a customer come to me to replace this particular holster but have had a number of clients come to me to replace this kind of holster.
Before you buy ask your self where on your body your going to carry. You don't say what kind of gun. do you need to adjust cant, especially important if your short torso, or you sit a lot, i.e. office or driving.
Do you dress casually, untucked, or business casual or formal suit and tie. That will make a huge difference in your satisfaction with this design.
Thinks to consider. A holster isn't about being cool, its about doing the job, comfortable enough you never want to leave the gun behind when you can carry, efficient and effective in that 1 to 1.5 seconds your really going to have when your fighting for your life. If you think the guy isn't already on you and your hurt when you draw your building a playbook for failure.
Lastly will it give the optimum position regardless of where your belt loops force you to carry, and well seated kneeling or prone.
If you think it will cover all those bases than it's could be the right holster for you. If cool looking is your first criteria well................Comment

Thank you for the response and time you put into it as I know this is your particular business so you would have experience in this arena. That position can be fine for appendix. I'm 6 foot 220 pound, ucould say I have a belly LOL definitely cant carry appendix as of today I've tried.
I really feel comfortable with the 330 position right handed
I have a number of firearms everything from a Glock 19 to a Glock 43 to a sphinx sdp compact witches which is similar size of the Glock 19.
As of today with the 511 short sleeve button down breakaway shirt at 3:30 position there's no printed at all not even close.
I really prefer a off enter clip w a 10 degree forward can't w single clip option as I get out off the car once or twice a day to my kids school property or into a post office
I think the j hooks are preferable over the loops as attempting to reattach the holster with the loops is more difficult in a vehicle then the hooks from what I can tell and from what I've read
I don't particularly need to win or any other doodads they just seem interesting yet I'm not looking for anything too complex
I checked out your website anything you can recommend that you think fits the criteria that I've mentioned
Thanks in advanceComment

Indeed I did a Sir, I feel very lucky to have met you on this form and thanks for your time ,compassion and understanding of what it's like to be new to the concealed carry world.
I never felt silly asking a specific question to you.
It is an art form to be able to handle questions you may know are very basic yet answer them with compassion and understanding and have the person on the other end feel as if their question was valid and important.
Thanks and be wellComment

Screws can be loosened a bit for adjustment if needed. And the wing/claw can be removed completely when wearing the holster in a position other than appendix if you don't need or want rotation of the holster."Kestryll I wanna lick your doughnut."
