Anyone make their own kydex holsters?

I'm attempting to make a couple of kydex holsters for some less common handguns. What size Chicago screws and posts or spacers work best? What combo hardware works for kydex holsters if not Chicago screws?

I have tried and mine all suck, but kind of/ maybe function. I can't help you on size. good luck.

I've made "other" Kydex/plastic items some over 3 foot long... but not holsters. Look up "vacumm forming plastic".
