Range belt

I am looking for a belt that has external Velcro and minimal belt buckle. I have a range belt that has Velcro on the inside, what I'm looking to do is to attach my range belt without using any belt loops. Any suggestions?

If you need an inner belt which has loop-velcro on the outside (your range belt has hook-velcro on the inside):
