I use a Stealthgear Mini for IWB of my HK P2000; I almost don't know the gun is there. While Stealthgear doesn't make a holster specifically for the 3" EMP, they do make one for the Kimber Ultra Carry. I contacted them and they said should work, give it a try and if you don't like it return in 45 days.
Their mini might be overkill for a 9mm alloy frame EMP but you can't beat the comfort. I can draw my EMP from my Bladetech competition holster and there is some retention so IWB with the belt correctly adjusted just might work.
Confession: the holster is for my wife's EMP, but I'm confident she won't like carrying IWB so I will be there to take it off her hands. Same thing happened to one of "her" guns
