    Pre ban Glock 21 mags

I recently found 4 Glock 21 (.45) pre ban high capacity mags in my garage I had stored. Can I legally sell these in Ca?

Are you talking about mags that have the capacity to hold more than 10 rounds? If yes then no you cannot sell it.

        Per SB 1446
You cannot sell, lend, offer for sale, etc etc.

Misplace, lose, leave at the range accidentally are all not prohibited.

A peace officer may purchase high cap mags.

Section 32310 does not apply to the possession, sale, or purchase of any large-capacity magazine to or by a person licensed pursuant to Sections 26700 to 26915, inclusive.

Not sure if that section allows you to sell directly to an officer or if you must sell to an agency.

Can not offer them for sale while in Ca, that includes internet sales. The statute reads "any person in this state who manufactures or causes to be manufactured, imports into the state, keeps for sale, or offers or exposes for sale".

I think it would be a safe bet to assume that selling them on the internet while in Ca would be considered as offering them for sale. Selling them while physically out of state would be no problem, but probably not worth the expense.

If you own them (preBan) then you can use them. Today.

But after 7-1-17 you're suppose to dispose of them or turn them in to LE.

You won't get arrested for using them but a new law declares them a "Nuisance" and law enforcement can confiscate them. (Only).

AFTER 7-1-17 they can of course confiscate them and give you a "Ticket" (infraction) that could result in a $100 fine.

Whether this is Constitutional on it face remains to be decided.

This is a very good indication of the future of firearms laws under Hillary and the democratic party.

A slow, but systematic ban and confiscation of all firearms.
