I have several holsters for Colt 1911 and I picked up a Sig 1911 and it does not fit the plastic shape of the holster I have. Can I heat it and modify the shape or will I ruin the holster? Thanks for your help.

Yes you can mold it but the more you heat it up the more it will take on a shine. Also you need to heat it at the lowest temperature and not get to close to the material. I use to make holsters and I would make them tight and then lightly heat the holster with a heat gun while moving the gun in and out to make it smoother and fast.Originally posted by TonyNorCalIf I'm going to spend money to touch a woman then it's going to be at a Nevada brothel, on Craiglist hooker, or trolling the streets in a camper van.
