This is an Uncle Mikes and seems to have everything you asked for. Quality isn't the best but it's cheap

This one is close. The only thing I don't think it has is being tuckable. But maybe you can replace the straps with tuckable clips:

Two other thoughts...would either a belly band or a shoulder holster work? Just ideas.

If you are okay with full kydex (I am not sure if you are looking for specifically all leather or hybrid) we can hook you up.

We have done several modified "watchdog" holsters for level 2 retention.

Here is a link to the standard IWB holster. The level two retention would come from a standard over the top thumb break. The Watchdog is also tuckable as well.
