    Custom Kydex Holster for Flashlight??

    Hey guys,

I have a 2016 Thrunite TN12 and I'm looking for a kydex sheath/holster for it that isn't too bulky so I can still EDC it without printing too much. Anybody have any recommendations or know of anybody in the OC area that can make a custom sheath for me?

    Thanks

I would ask on CandlePower Forums. Or, maybe one of the Kydex benders here could make you one?

For others looking to help, you didn't say what the gun is.

My bad, are you looking for a holster just for the light, or the light and a gun, or the light mounted on a gun?

Doesn't look like a light you would see mounted on a pistol.

Or, just maybe look up your local plastics supplier as most have a remnant box / table where $10 can buy you enough Kydex scraps to goof around and try your hand with plenty material for do-overs. Be warned, you might wind up with a new skill.

Just an Fyi, as some of you know I am Cook's Holster stocking dealer. So I asked Bob Cook, if he had the light and could he make the holster. I had a customer and if he could do it, it was important to me.

He called me told me he didn't have the light. Then he sent me an e-mail, that he had ordered the light and would have in a couple of days. You have to know that well a lot of holster maker's use Blue guns, and Bob does too, he has a real gun, and real light for fit check. The light came in, he made the holster for it and it's in the mail to me. Expect to have it by weeks end, for inspection. Looking forward to getting together with the OP and seeing how he likes the result.

Bob has been like that for me, whether it's this light, or a custom IWB for a 5" S&W C.O.R.E.

            keeping my fingers crossed.

Holster is in and it looks very nice. OP give me a call if you want to come by and try it out.

Whyhatchu - photo's of the holster for the TN12. Adjustable for retention, all corners curved, and edges beveled, nice solid hardware, heavy duty Kydex.
