    Crossbreed been collecting dust lately

I've been running my N82 Pro lately with my SR9c. This thing is like wearing a pillow against your skin. Awesome construction and finish and only 1 clip. The location forces me to do the draw twist which the pro requires. My go to pos is 5-6 o'clock.
    Anyone else running N82?

Nothing wrong with the crossbreed, works great. Just that the N82 is just so soft . You'll enjoy your CB.

With the N82, make sure you know what your ordering. Whether you want a positive click like the pro which used a polycarbonate shell, or you don't mind elastic holding the gun in place.

Both the N82 and Crossbreed are well made solutions, produced by very responsive companies. I find both a little bulky for my taste, but that's another story.

I am surprised that the higher end companies like Crossbreed, haven't gone to adding suede backing which is N82's claim to fame. Albeit Comfort Holsters have carried it to an extreme by using a gel memory foam, suede backing on a very novel kydex. Expensive as all get out, but thoughtfully engineered. http://comfortholsters.com/ mind you it adds bulk, but for those with a kydex fetish it's as good as it gets.

I ordered the basic N82 at first, but was pointless due to the elastic collapsing when my gun was removed. Reholster was impossible for me. They gladly took it back and upgraded me to the Pro for a little more money. Besides the comfort, it looks so damn good.

I had a N82 holster. My problem was that I was wearing at 3 o'clock position and because there's only one clip the holster would rotate the cant on me as I moved around. This caused my G19 to print after getting up and sitting down a couple of times.

I tried a drop of Locktight on the nut which was a bad mistake. The holster cracked where the clip meets the holster and it was useless after that.

But, the holster was very comfortable all things considered.

^^^ I have more than a few single clip holsters I've been trying out the last several months, and the same happens to just about all of them, even the ones designed with a forward cant.

It's become a habit now, after I get up from sitting, I give the pistol a relatively discreet push on the butt with the top of my forearm, to get it to cant forward.

Good to know that it happens with other units as well. Yeah, I guess I am a two clip kind of person then.

Looks good but who is going to see it. What gets missed is how infrequently you should ever have to reholstering.

The advantage of the elastic is it fits multiple guns with one holster, and can accept accessories such as lights and lasers.

Trout I think n82 would fix that for you

Is your clip size matched to your belt?

I can confirm it is now with my CB, but I cannot remember back with the N82 as I tossed it.

I figured locktight was not something they condoned so I brought it upon myself.

I look at it everyday when I put my carry rig back in the safe for the day and take out my HD weapon.
As for accessories, I run zero. Can you one hand reholster with just the elastic?
