I thought I'd make a separate thread for this since this link will probably get lost in the LA county CCW app thread.
I took the PDF application from the LASD and created a "fillable" PDF that you can fill out on your computer and then print out and sign. I think it looks better, has less chance of being denied/delayed because of sloppy handwriting, and will allow some of us to put more info in the spaces provided.
