My friend was on a tight schedule and missed his appointment due to someone "showing up early" Apparently Yolanda saw fit to resort to first come-first-served for people showing up early and my friend who had to go back to work had to wait in the lobby past his appointment and had to leave because she was too busy with people who showed up first but had a latter appointment.
When he told Yolanda he had to leave and go back to work, she responded "are you serious?"

With all of the applicants I think that Yolanda and Melissa are also on relatively tight schedules.

I would just clear your schedule as best as you can and come in a few minutes early so that she knows you are "ready when she is".

Yes, you can go in early. Sometimes they process people faster than expected and you might get in early.
The wife and I came in together--her appointment was 1 hour after mine--and she actually beat me back to the waiting rm. Someone came down and asked if anyone was waiting for a ccw appointment and took her up. We had planned to go to lunch after my appt. and come back for her's. Worked out great.

I went early for both of my appointments, in one case more than an hour because it fit my schedule. Bottom line was I didn't get in early either time. I would think it is a crap shoot at best. I would be early just because with as busy as they are it's rude to be late, but if you don't get taken until your appointment +/- 30 you can't get upset.
