    Riverside County application

Well I recently rescheduled my initial interview with the CCW unit. My application was the older 2013 version which allowed you to save it on your pc then open and fill out and print.

I decided since I have time I might as well use the new 7/14 form but when I download it from the Riv. Co site, it does not allow me to fill it out on my pc.

Does anyone have a fill-able version of the app?

I did a search prior to this post but was unable to find one.

I have the new form in pdf that I filled out using adobe acrobat.

My version of acrobat has an icon for adding text/signature. Click that, it brings up a toolbar, and click 'add text' on the tool bar.

It's not the same as the old fill able version, but it works.

Postal's method worked for me, interview today and the deps seemed to appreciate the typed vs handwritten application. Murrieta if you have any questions before the interview feel free to pm me

For anyone else having trouble filling out the app and wanting it to look professional: you can download "Libre Office" suite online for free and the "draw" program will allow you to add text fields into a PDF. That's how I ended up completing my application.

You can get LibreOffice for free here: http://www.libreoffice.org/
If you are wondering if you can get a LTC in Riverside County: THE ANSWER IS YES!
