Not much...bring a check for $102.22 and your original training cert.

Check in at bottom floor, check in at 4th floor (ccw dept), wait to be called in. Review and approve information (name, address, firearm serial number, etc.) on some piece of paper. Sign, date and fingerprint. Give check and training cert. Receive another copy of the terms of license and get your training cert back. Receive card, review it is correct. If yes, that's it. Exit the building but first sign out on bottom floor. Go back to car, breathe a sigh of relief, then, holster up. Took me about 20 minutes total. Less than 10 minutes for sure, not including the wait time. Hope this helps more than the above post.
