applying for ccw monterey

Does anyone know if Monterey will issue?

as well, I was thinking about attaching the decision from the Peruta case in my "reason for ccw" do you think that is a good or bad idea?

Rest assured, Monterey PD or SD knows about the Peruta decision and has either chosen to follow it now or to wait for further developments. If you attach the decision or write anything other than Self Defense as a good cause, you are inviting a less than positive reaction.

But, if they are issuing, they will. And if not, they aren't.
