I know the applications state "State of Residency" & SD CCW Dept says "proof of full time residency required". Will a CA State ID & 2 bills to my address in CA work to prove residency?

For purposes of this application, applicants must submit proof of residency in the form of two current utility bills that list their name, service address and mailing address (or other similar type proof).
I think an energy bill and internet bill would meet the requirements
