    Yucaipa and denial letter?

I am curious is a denial letter is required from Yucaipa PD to apply in San Bernardino for CCW.
Any Yucaipa residents here that can chime in on the process?

I don't live in Yucaipa anymore but last time I checked they didn't have a city PD. They are county sheriff deputies with designated Yucaipa squad cars. You apply with the San Bernardino County Sheriff. Unless things quickly changed.

Yucaipa does not have it's own PD, the city is contracted to the Sheriff. You apply at the main station on 3rd St. in San Bernardino.

That's why the units have the SBSO emblem.

Thanks cowboy. Yeah I don't live there anymore either but still have family there.
I'm not sure if they are considered a stand alone agency or not when it comes to this.

I live in Beaumont and applied directly to RSO at the CCW unit at Ben Clark training facility. No denial letter needed.
