Is this really happening in America? How the hell did NY State Police get around HIPPA? Is this coming down the pipe in CA? Some estimates state that 50% of Americans at 1 point or another, in their lives, took Anti-depressants. This is absolutely ridiculous. And what is mental illness? Are you automatically a target if you had anxiety 20 years ago and took meds because your wife died?

A cursory search yields no results on anything other than wacko sites like The Blaze. Not saying it isn't true--NY is insane on this stuff--but I would need more objective info before believing it. I'll state up front that I didn't watch the YouTube clip of Cuomo, and I don't have an adequate data sample at this time.
