Same day with 2 hours notice? You aren't gonna see me complaining if someone says, "Hey, I gotta cancel my appointment for this Friday at 11.45".

Who in the hell is gonna be able to drop everything, have all papers ready and make it to an appointment with almost zero notice?

Beyond that, the SSD website asks that you cancel up to 72 hrs in advance.

In this case, I'd rather not hear it as most people would be pretty bent that they wouldn't be able to make that appointment eve if they wanted to.

Because she is dealing with 5k people on the waiting list ALL WAITING TO GET AN APPOINTMENT (the caps werent for you, they were for the OP).

They are back logged for over a year at this point, so don't expect emails or phone calls. BTW, she has 4 others helping her so she isnt the only one.
