Does one need two proofs of residence when letting the SO know of this move? Question from a friend. I think she will call the SO anyway, but I am asking here for her.

Depends on jurisdiction. I did mine over the phone after providing my birthdate, CDL, and CCW ID number.

Thanks for the reply, I came back to answer for anyone else wondering this. It turns out you dont have to have the proof of residency. Just get a brown card from the DMV.
