Denied my (2nd) CCW Renewal - hearing requested - anyone with experience on this?

I submitted my application for LA County for my second renewal. It was originally issued in 2021, renewed in 2023, no issues. Submitted my renewal application, denied. I won't go into specifics but I've submitted my request for a hearing with the County court clerk's office near me. Has anyone gone through this hearing process? If so, who conducted the hearing and where? Anything help or hurt in your hearing and were you permitted an opportunity to present evidence, such as a declaration/affidavit, etc.?

Can't speak from personal experience but the lawyer behind this channel has mentioned a few times in various videos that he does these appeals. You may also want to check with Lieberman (he may do them as well) and/or the CRPA (for a referral). Lieberman has free "office hours" weekly where you could maybe ask, so maybe he will chat with you by phone. No harm in asking. I hope that helps...
