Orange County: Received 2 CCW cards upon renewal, but there's a problem

Upon my renewal, I was surprised to get 2 CCW cards, I even thought it was a mistake that they sent 2.

I noticed a couple of things: (1) The quality of the new cards doesn't seem to be as good as the old ones and (2) a problem with the language on the second card, as explained below:

Here are the 2 cards I received, and upon closer inspection, they are not the same:



On the left is the Standard License, and on the right is the "second" card.

On the RIGHT, the card contains less info on the front and seems it is supposed to only serve as a list of all the firerms on the permit (particularly when they exceed 5 firearms, which is the maximum that can be listed on the FIRST card.)

However, there appears to be a problem with the SECOND (right) card. See below:



This card is supposed to enumerate the "FULL LIST" of Firearms on the entire license (as stated clearly on the Front). IT DOES NOT. It will only list the SIXTH Firearm and forward. The first 5 Firearms on the list do not appear here.

I suggest you stop by the HQ, present the cards and then ask, "What's up, Doc?"

I think they are not allowing us to show up at office any more, so I will write an email. They will probably think who is this nit picky CCWer, we already gave him a license, what more does he want

Looks like they can only put 5 pistols per card. You put 6 on you application so they had to issue a second card to put the 6th one on.

Yes Sir, indeed that was. That wasn't the problem though.
