there's a dichotomy I'm currently experiencing. in SoCal I felt an ever present threat to where I seriously considered going through the invasive process to get a CCW.

living now in Treasure Valley I don't feel that threat. people here are different than in SoCal. Ironically I can carry but normally I don't.

BTW experimenting I have found AIWB to be the most natural and comfortable. and it doesn't print.

a long time acquaintance of mine asked me the other day "are you carrying?" and "what are you worried about"
I told him of course i am and I am just being a boy scout,"prepared". I will have to rethink carrying a G26 with x15 mag extension at 3 o'clock with a t-shirt now. Im not a big guy so my choices are limited

Distraction is a great and well-established technique for enhancing camouflage, like animals with phony eye spots.

I carry OWB Strong (Lefty). Couple of my pistols are alittle bulky and printy. Ima compelled to carry something hefty. I do my best and am aware but it is what it is. When i lived in Scottsdale local PD would look and say "What are you carrying?" Then the obligatory share moment. This state just sucks.
