26202 Prohibited Person

Just had a CCW class and the instructor mentioned that according to 26202 of this text

"Has been convicted of contempt of court under Section 166."

He implied that an FTA even from 30 years ago for a traffic offense would apply here, but my reading is that an FTA is under vehicle code 40508.

Anyone have any experience with this?

(a) Unless a court makes a contrary determination pursuant to Section 26206, an applicant shall be deemed to be a disqualified person and cannot receive or renew a license pursuant to Section 26150, 26155, or 26170 if the applicant:
(2) Has been convicted of contempt of court under Section 166.
