Is there any physical travel needed to AZ to obtain the carry license? I just read through and it requires fingerprinting, but not sure if it has to be a site in AZ. And that training and qualification course is requiredg and I am also not sure if it need to be done inAZ or not?

No travel required.

Just get an application from AZ DPS, get fingerprint cards done locally, mail in a copy of your training certification (or DD214, or LTC that they recognize for training requirements) and your $$. Then you get the AZ LTC in the mail. No need to go to AZ.
